The Art of Intentional Living is a highly personalised private client relationship by Zenquility.

Each engagement is individually designed around the client, their life, circumstances, intentions and environment. Its structure may evolve as the relationship develops.

These Booking Terms & Conditions create clarity around that relationship while allowing the experience itself to remain personal, responsive and individually designed.

By confirming a booking and making the required payment, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

A P P L I C A T I O N & A C C E P T A N C E

The Art of Intentional Living is offered through an application and acceptance process.

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance and does not create a booking or contractual relationship with Zenquility.

Applications are considered individually. Zenquility reserves the right to decline an application where we do not believe the experience, timing or relationship is appropriate.

Where more than one person will participate, including couples or families, every participating adult must complete the application process individually and be accepted by Zenquility.

Acceptance of one participant does not automatically constitute acceptance of another.

Payment for a joint engagement may be made by one person on behalf of the participating clients.

T H E P R I V A T E C L I E N T

R E L A T I O N S H I P

The Art of Intentional Living is not a standardised programme.

It is a bespoke relationship designed around the individual, couple or family.

Depending upon the engagement, it may explore and incorporate elements of intentional living, movement, mobility, breath, recovery, nutrition, hydration, sleep, personal routines, energy management, communication, relationships, lifestyle design, environment, reflection, human capacity and other aspects of the Zenquility Method.

The precise structure, duration, location, practices and areas of focus will be shaped around the client and may naturally evolve throughout the relationship.

S C O P E O F T H E E N G A G E M E N T

Before a booking is confirmed, Zenquility and the client will agree the principal details of the engagement.

These may include the intended duration or initial period, location, level of support, participating clients, overall investment and any significant bespoke requirements.

Where relevant, the engagement may also involve accommodation, travel, practitioners, hospitality, transport, activities or other third-party services.

Where the relationship continues beyond the initially agreed period, a further investment and arrangements may be agreed.

I N V E S T M E N T & P A Y M E N T

The investment for The Art of Intentional Living is determined individually according to the nature, depth, duration, location and complexity of the engagement.

The client will ordinarily be presented with one overall investment rather than an itemised breakdown of Zenquility's internal allocation of fees.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due in full to confirm the engagement.

For substantial or longer-term engagements, Zenquility may agree an alternative payment schedule at its discretion.

No dates or period of availability are secured until the required payment has been received.

W H E N T H E W O R K B E G I N S

The Art of Intentional Living begins before direct facilitation.

Once an engagement has been confirmed, Zenquility may immediately begin understanding and considering the client's circumstances, reviewing information provided through the application process, researching, designing, preparing, communicating, planning, coordinating and creating the conditions for the relationship.

The overall investment therefore reflects both work undertaken before direct facilitation and the facilitation itself.

For cancellation and refund purposes, Zenquility may reasonably attribute portions of the overall investment to:

Design & Preparation
The work undertaken before and around direct facilitation, including consideration of the client's circumstances, bespoke experience design, research, preparation, planning, communication, scheduling and coordination.

Facilitation
The direct delivery of the agreed private client relationship and the exclusive reservation of Zenquility's time and capacity for the client.

Third-Party & Experience Costs
Where applicable, costs associated with accommodation, travel, practitioners, hospitality, transport, activities, venues or other services procured for the engagement.

These components do not need to be separately itemised in the original client quotation.

E X C L U S I V E R E S E R V A T I O N O F

T I M E

The Art of Intentional Living is intentionally private and limited in availability.

When Zenquility accepts an engagement, we may close or substantially restrict our availability to other clients for the agreed facilitation period so that our time, attention and capacity can be focused upon that relationship.

The client's booking therefore reserves more than individual appointments or hours. It reserves Zenquility's availability for the agreed period.

This exclusive reservation forms part of the value of the engagement and is reflected in our cancellation terms.

C A N C E L L A T I O N B E F O R E

F A C I L I T A T I O N B E G I N S

If a client wishes to cancel after confirming their engagement but before direct facilitation has begun, they must notify Zenquility in writing as soon as reasonably possible.

Zenquility will assess the engagement at the point of cancellation.

Subject to applicable consumer law, Zenquility may retain the amount reasonably attributable to:

  • design and preparation already undertaken;

  • services already provided;

  • time and resources already committed;

  • administration and coordination already undertaken; and

  • third-party costs that have been incurred or cannot reasonably be recovered.

The portion of the investment reasonably attributable to direct facilitation that has not yet commenced will ordinarily be refundable, less any other sums properly due under these terms.

Where third-party costs can be recovered or credited, Zenquility will reasonably assist the client in obtaining the benefit available.

Nothing in this section removes any statutory cancellation or refund rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

C A N C E L L A T I O N A F T E R

F A C I L I T A T I O N H A S B E G U N

Once direct facilitation has commenced, the Zenquility fee for the agreed facilitation period is non-refundable where the client chooses to withdraw, discontinue the experience or leave the engagement early, subject to rights that cannot legally be excluded.

This reflects the exclusive nature of The Art of Intentional Living and the fact that Zenquility's time and capacity have been reserved for that client for the agreed period and may no longer reasonably be offered to another client.

Unused time resulting from a client's decision to end their participation early does not create an entitlement to a refund.

Where Zenquility itself is unable to provide a material part of the agreed service, the provisions concerning cancellation by Zenquility will apply.

R E S C H E D U L I N G

We understand that circumstances can change.

Where a client needs to change the timing of an engagement, Zenquility will work with them as reasonably as possible to explore an appropriate solution.

Rescheduling is not guaranteed and will depend upon the circumstances, Zenquility's availability, the time already reserved, preparation already undertaken and the ability to amend third-party arrangements.

Where rescheduling creates additional costs, including supplier charges, accommodation changes or travel expenses, these will ordinarily be the responsibility of the client.

Where third-party arrangements cannot be transferred or recovered, those costs may remain payable.

T H I R D - P A R T Y C O S T S &

S E R V I C E S

The Art of Intentional Living may involve carefully selected independent services.

These may include accommodation, travel, transport, chefs, practitioners, therapists, trainers, venues, hospitality providers, activities or other bespoke elements.

Depending upon the agreed engagement, these costs may be included within the overall investment or arranged separately.

Once a third-party reservation or financial commitment has been made, the relevant provider's cancellation and refund terms may apply.

Zenquility cannot guarantee recovery of costs that an independent provider is entitled to retain.

Where a third-party refund, credit or transfer is available, Zenquility will reasonably assist the client in obtaining it.

T R A V E L & A C C O M O D A T I O N

Where travel or accommodation forms part of an engagement, responsibility for the arrangements will be agreed with the client.

Unless expressly included, clients remain responsible for their own flights, passports, visas, travel insurance and personal travel requirements.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that they are legally able to enter the relevant destination and participate in the engagement.

Appropriate travel insurance is strongly recommended, including cover for cancellation, medical treatment, personal belongings and relevant activities.

H E A L T H, W E L L B E I N G &

P A R T I C I P A T I O N

The Art of Intentional Living may include physical, restorative, experiential and wellbeing-related practices.

Each participating client is responsible for providing accurate and relevant information concerning health conditions, injuries, medications, allergies, pregnancy, accessibility requirements or any other circumstance that could reasonably affect participation.

Clients must inform Zenquility if relevant circumstances change before or during an engagement.

Participation in any individual practice or activity remains voluntary.

Clients are expected to communicate discomfort or concerns and may choose not to participate in an activity.

Zenquility may modify, pause or discontinue an activity where we reasonably believe that continuing would be inappropriate or unsafe.

Where appropriate, clients should seek advice from a suitably qualified healthcare professional before participating.

P R O F E S S I O N A L & M E D I C A L

B O U N D A R I E S

Zenquility provides experiences and practices centred around intentional living, lifestyle, personal development, wellbeing and human capacity.

Unless expressly delivered by an appropriately qualified professional acting within their professional scope, Zenquility services do not constitute medical treatment, psychotherapy, psychiatric care, physiotherapy, nutritional therapy, financial advice or another regulated professional service.

Nothing communicated during the relationship should be interpreted as diagnosis or treatment, or as a substitute for appropriate professional advice.

Where an independent qualified practitioner provides a professional service as part of an engagement, that practitioner remains responsible for the service delivered within their professional capacity.

P E R S O N A L R E S P O N S I B I L I T Y

The Art of Intentional Living is collaborative.

Zenquility creates experiences, environments, perspectives and practices designed to support greater awareness, intentionality, capacity and connection with one's own internal intelligence.

The client remains responsible for their own choices, decisions, actions and life circumstances.

No specific personal, professional, financial, relational, physical or wellbeing outcome is promised or guaranteed.

P E R S O N A L C H O I C E S

Where alcohol or other lawful substances are present within a client's wider lifestyle or environment, clients remain responsible for their own choices, behaviour and consumption.

Zenquility reserves the right to modify, pause or discontinue an activity or element of the engagement where a client's condition or behaviour makes participation inappropriate or unsafe.

Zenquility will not facilitate unlawful activity.

C O N D U C T & M U T U A L R E S P E C T

The Art of Intentional Living is founded upon trust, openness, discretion and mutual respect.

Clients are expected to treat Zenquility, its facilitators, practitioners, suppliers and others encountered during the engagement respectfully.

Zenquility reserves the right to pause or terminate an engagement where there is threatening, abusive, discriminatory, dangerous, persistently disrespectful or otherwise unacceptable behaviour.

Where an engagement is terminated because of serious client misconduct, any refund will be determined according to work already performed, exclusive capacity already reserved, costs incurred and applicable law.

C O N F I D E N T I A L I T Y &

D I S C R E T I O N

Privacy is fundamental to The Art of Intentional Living.

Zenquility will treat personal information and experiences shared within the relationship with care and discretion, subject to legal obligations, safety considerations and information reasonably required to deliver agreed services.

Zenquility will not intentionally publish a client's identity, photographs, personal story or private experience for promotional purposes without appropriate permission.

Clients are similarly expected to respect confidential or private information concerning Zenquility, its practitioners, other clients and third parties encountered through the relationship.

P H O T O G R A P H Y, F I L M &

T E S T I M O N I A L S

Participation in photography, filming, testimonials or promotional content is not a condition of The Art of Intentional Living.

Where Zenquility wishes to capture or use identifiable photographs, video, testimonials or personal stories for publication or marketing, permission will be sought separately.

A client's decision not to provide such permission will not affect the quality or delivery of their experience.

I N T E L L E C T U A L P R O P E R T Y

The Zenquility name, philosophy, Zenquility Method, experience structures, written materials, frameworks, original practices, designs and other proprietary materials remain the intellectual property of Zenquility or their respective owners where applicable.

Clients are encouraged to integrate what they discover and learn into their own lives.

Unless separately agreed in writing, Zenquility materials and proprietary methodologies may not be reproduced, commercially taught, licensed, published, sold, distributed or represented as another person's methodology or intellectual property.

C A N C E L L A T I O N O R C H A N G E S

B Y Z E N Q U I L I T Y

Occasionally Zenquility may need to alter, postpone or cancel part of an engagement because of illness, emergency, safety concerns, circumstances affecting a destination or supplier, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Where reasonably possible, Zenquility will seek to offer an appropriate alternative, replacement arrangement or rescheduled period.

If Zenquility is unable to provide a material part of the Zenquility services and no reasonable alternative is agreed, the client will receive an appropriate refund for services that have not been provided, subject to applicable law.

Zenquility is not responsible for independent travel or other arrangements booked directly by the client except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

E V E N T S O U T S I D E O U R

R E A S O N A B L E C O N T R O L

Neither Zenquility nor the client will be considered in breach of these terms where performance is prevented or materially affected by circumstances outside reasonable control.

These circumstances may include severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, significant transport disruption, civil emergencies, significant illness, venue closure or other exceptional events.

Where this occurs, Zenquility and the client will seek a reasonable solution, which may include modification, postponement, rescheduling or cancellation.

L I A B I L I T Y

Zenquility will provide its services with reasonable care and skill.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zenquility will not be responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the agreement was entered into or losses resulting from circumstances outside Zenquility's reasonable control.

Zenquility is not responsible for losses resulting from materially inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by a client, failure to follow reasonable safety guidance or decisions made independently by the client.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or statutory consumer rights that cannot be excluded.

E N D I N G A N O N G O I N G

R E L A T I O N S H I P

The Art of Intentional Living may develop beyond an initial engagement into a longer private client relationship.

Where this occurs, further periods of engagement and investment may be agreed between Zenquility and the client.

Either Zenquility or the client may ultimately decide that an ongoing relationship should conclude.

Any outstanding services, fees, notice arrangements and third-party commitments will be handled according to the agreement applicable to that period.

Where appropriate, Zenquility will seek to bring the relationship to a considered and respectful conclusion.

P R I V A C Y & P E R S O N A L

I N F O R M A T I O N

Personal information is handled in accordance with the Zenquility Privacy Policy.

Because The Art of Intentional Living is individually designed, clients may choose to share personal or sensitive information during the application, preparation and facilitation process.

Each participant should only share information they are comfortable providing and which is reasonably relevant to the relationship.

C O N S U M E R R I G H T S

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to restrict statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Where applicable consumer protection legislation gives a client mandatory cancellation, refund or other rights, those rights take precedence over any conflicting provision within these terms.

G O V E R N I N G L A W

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to mandatory consumer protections that may apply in the country where a client resides.

The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction except where applicable consumer law gives the client a right to bring proceedings elsewhere.

C H A N G E S T O T H E S E T E R M S

Zenquility may update these Terms & Conditions as the business and The Art of Intentional Living evolve.

The terms applicable to an existing confirmed engagement will ordinarily be those accepted when that engagement was booked unless a subsequent change is agreed with the client or required by law.
