The personal information we collect depends on how you interact with Zenquility.

This may include:

Contact information
Your name, email address, telephone number, WhatsApp details, location and other information you provide when contacting us.

Application and enquiry information
When you apply for a Zenquility experience or private client relationship, we may ask questions that help us understand you, your circumstances and what you are seeking from the experience.

This may include information about your lifestyle, intentions, priorities, current circumstances, responsibilities, goals and areas of your life you would like to explore or develop.

Health and wellbeing information
Certain Zenquility experiences may involve physical activity, movement, breath practices, bodywork, recovery practices or other wellbeing-related activities.

Where relevant, we may therefore ask you to provide information concerning your health, physical condition, injuries, medications, allergies, accessibility requirements or other information necessary to assess suitability and support the safe and appropriate delivery of an experience.

Some of this information may constitute special category data under applicable data protection law. Where required, we will ask for your explicit consent to process this information.

Please only provide information that is relevant to your participation or that you believe we reasonably need to know.

Booking and transaction information
Where an application is accepted and you choose to proceed, we may retain information concerning your booking, agreed services, fees, payments and transaction history.

Payments are currently arranged separately from the website. Zenquility does not currently process payments directly through the website.

Communications
We may retain correspondence between you and Zenquility, including emails, messages, enquiries, application responses and information exchanged in connection with the design or delivery of an experience.

Website information
When you use our website, certain technical information may be collected automatically by the website platform or essential technologies used to operate it. This can include device information, browser information, IP address and information about how the website is accessed.

Under UK data protection law, we must have a lawful basis for processing personal information.

Depending on the circumstances, we may process your information because:

You have given us consent.
For example, where you subscribe to marketing communications or expressly consent to the processing of certain health information.

Processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract or to perform a contract with you.
For example, when assessing an application, arranging an accepted experience or delivering services you have booked.

We have a legitimate interest in operating and developing Zenquility.
This may include responding to enquiries, maintaining appropriate records, protecting the business and improving our services, provided those interests do not override your rights and freedoms.

We have a legal obligation.
Certain information may need to be retained or processed to comply with tax, accounting or other legal requirements.

Where we process special category information, including certain health information, we will also rely upon an appropriate additional legal condition, which may include your explicit consent.

A P P L I C A T I O N S

Submitting an application does not create a booking, contract or guarantee acceptance into a Zenquility experience.

Information provided through an application is used to understand the applicant, assess suitability and determine whether Zenquility may be an appropriate fit.

Because our experiences can be highly personalised, the information you provide may also be used to begin considering how an experience could be designed around you if your application is accepted.

Where an application is not taken forward, we will not use the information to provide services to you, although limited records may be retained where reasonably necessary for administrative, legal or safeguarding purposes.

H E A L T H A N D S E N S I T I V E I N F O R M A T I O N

Zenquility recognises that health and wellbeing information requires particular care.

We will only request this information where we believe it is relevant to suitability, preparation, safety or the appropriate delivery of an experience.

Access will be limited to those who reasonably need the information for these purposes.

Where a facilitator, practitioner or relevant third-party provider needs particular information for the safe delivery of an agreed service, we will only share information that is reasonably necessary and will do so in accordance with applicable data protection requirements.

You may choose to subscribe to receive news, new experiences, invitations and other communications from Zenquility.

Where marketing communications are based on your consent, you can withdraw that consent at any time by using the unsubscribe option contained within an email or by contacting us at Zenquility@hotmail.com.

Withdrawing consent to marketing will not affect essential communications relating to an application, booking or existing client relationship.
